Three days full of creativity, new flavors, and exceptional recipes took place with great success, as Kenfood’s Technical Advisor, Thanos Spanos, in collaboration with our company’s Master Baker, George Tziortzis, and his team, presented the latest techniques and ideas in the Ho.Re.Ca sector. The presentations focused on creating delicious and innovative recipes using Kenfood products.
Participants had the opportunity to watch a variety of recipes, ranging from sweet bougatsa crepes to savory vegan pancake tacos. Each presentation was filled with inspiration and practical tips, highlighting how to use products to create unique and diverse dishes for professionals in the industry.
