In 2023, Cyprus Millers proudly hosted for a second year, a series of captivating gastronomy and handicraft workshops as part of the Heartland of Legends initiative. these workshops, designed to celebrate and preserve Cyprus’ culinary and cultural traditions, provided participants with unique, hands-on experiences that showcased the island’s rich heritage. The total number of participants was 500.

Halloumi Workshops: Two workshops dedicated to mastering the art of making Cyprus’ iconic cheese
Trahanas: A workshop focused on crafting this traditional Cypriot comfort food
Flaouna Cheese: Participants prepared this beloved Easter specialty, steeped in tradition
Vegan Sour Pastries: A workshop that introduced participants to a plant-based take on classic Cypriot pastries.
