Savor the luxurious charm of our Dubai Chocolate Crepe. A Crepe wraps around rich pistachio and hazelnut praline creams, paired with crisp Kataifi pastry. Finished with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of pistachios—this dessert is pure indulgence in every bite.
Ingredients:
Crepe Batter:
500gr. | |
750gr. | Water |
60gr. |
For Garnish:
Cooked Kataifi Pastry Sheet |
Blueberries |
Strawberries |
Implementation:
For the Crepe:

In a mixing bowl, add the Crepe Mix with the water and beat for the 3 minutes on the second speed of the mixer.
Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.
In a frying pan, add a little butter and once the pan is hot (180°C), pour in one ladle (approximately 50g) of batter.
Cook the crepes for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
For the Garnish:
In a bowl, mix the Pistachio Praline with the cooked Kataifi Pastry.
On the crepe, add the kataifi and pistachio praline mixture.
Garnish with hazelnut praline and pistachio.
Decorate with strawberries and blueberries.
