DUBAI CHOCOLATE CREPE

Savor the luxurious charm of our Dubai Chocolate Crepe. A Crepe wraps around rich pistachio and hazelnut praline creams, paired with crisp Kataifi pastry. Finished with fresh strawberries, blueberries, and a sprinkle of pistachios—this dessert is pure indulgence in every bite.


Ingredients:


Crepe Batter:

500gr.

750gr.

Water

60gr.


For Garnish:

Cooked Kataifi Pastry Sheet

Blueberries

Strawberries

 

Implementation:


For the Crepe:



  1. In a mixing bowl, add the Crepe Mix with the water and beat for the 3 minutes on the second speed of the mixer.

  2. Allow the batter to rest for 10 minutes.

  3. In a frying pan, add a little butter and once the pan is hot (180°C), pour in one ladle (approximately 50g) of batter.

  4. Cook the crepes for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.



For the Garnish:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Pistachio Praline with the cooked Kataifi Pastry.

  2. On the crepe, add the kataifi and pistachio praline mixture.

  3. Garnish with hazelnut praline and pistachio.

  4. Decorate with strawberries and blueberries.
